Experience
Roles, grouped by what they actually were.
Founder work, an internship, and university leadership are different things and are labelled as such.
Founder
Rise for Impact
Founder & Team Lead · April 2025 — Present
I founded Rise for Impact and lead the team. It runs youth programmes in Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria and Rwanda, and the organisation publishes 500+ young people engaged across those programmes.
I am also the person who builds and maintains the platform it runs on — so the role is genuinely two jobs. On the operations side: programme design, a volunteer team, and delivery across four countries. On the engineering side: the public site, a content area programme staff use without a developer, fellowship application handling, admin tooling, and the deployment pipeline.

Facilitator · 2026
Women Techmakers Bambili × Gwarinpa Mentorship Programme
Co-facilitated a three-session practical track on LinkedIn optimisation and personal branding, for students, aspiring professionals and early-career women in technology. The sessions run about half hands-on: participants work on their own profiles rather than watching slides, with live demonstrations and direct feedback.
The track moves from building a profile, through professional identity and networking, to using the platform to find and pursue opportunities. I co-designed and delivered it with Confidence Keming.
